Balinese society in a state of emergency due to get a lot of influence from outside Bali, either because of globalization as well as technological progress. Very prominent social change that occurred within a short time in Bali are: (1) Immigration from other parts of Indonesia especially after the reforms in 1998, causing an increase in the number of people of Bali in a short time, (2) The increase in  alcohol and drugs abuse are taken by outsiders either from domestic or foreign, (3) Increased crime, violence and the main burglary, robbery, carried out by professionals who mostly done by people outside of Bali, (4) Prostitution sent like a flood from outside Bali  ( both male and female), (5) Beggar-organized, (6) Pedophilia and sexual abuse on children by immigrants and tourists; (7) The negative impact on the younger generation of impressions that smelled of soap operas and movies of sex and violence, (8) Difference values between those Balinese are Hindus with migrants who come from different religions and cultures that come from other provinces in Indonesia, and (9) Indonesia’s economic crisis as a whole.

Yayasan Putra Bali Sesana (YPSB) believes that the basic strength and ability to overcome the problems faced are the Balinese culture is based on the Hindu religion. By being able to maintain self-identity, then the people of Bali will be able to deal with crises that impact on mental health and social problems. To do this the need for education and innovative preventive and therapeutic methods that can be used at all levels of society.

YPSB Activities
YPSB have several activities to maintain steady Bali, namely:
• Meditation Relaxation is held every Saturday at the Wantilan DPRD Bali
• Fostering of teachers, especially kindergarten and elementary school teachers,
• A program to produce a good quality child
• Programs for women in Bali
• Finding Identity Program and Program Understanding Yourself and
• Program ComeBack Dear One to overcome drug addiction.

YPSB organization oversees the two forms, namely:
• Suryani Institute for Mental Health (SIMH)
• Committee Against Sexual Abuse (CASA)
